SHOW CUSTOM EVENT FIELDS TO REGISTRANTS

Now when setting up a custom event registrant field, you can now "display" these when viewing event registrants.  Great for a "Partner Name" field.

GL CODE FOR GUEST FEES

Now when setting up a Guest Fee(s) on a Reservation Type, you can assign it to a specific Revenue Category to report on your guest fee revenue separately. 

LOGO SPECIFIC FOR EMAILS

Now when setting up your email settings you can add a 2nd logo if desired.

EVENT ID ADDED ON RESCHEDULE PLAYER

TAXES ON EVENTS
Now when setting up Events/Programming/Clinics, you can now a tax rate.  

RESERVATIONS SIDE BAR IMPROVED
We have enhanced the RESERVATIONS area under the left navigation to include a new LESSONS option and a WHO'S HERE TODAY report. With the new Lessons tab, you can also see the instructor(s) assigned to teach the lesson. With the new Who's Here Today report, you can quickly see at a glance who should be arriving to your facility.  We also added functionality such as Payments, Waiver notices, and the ability to Check-In. This should streamline front desk activity for our bigger organizations.

update: New Features & Enhancements - 3.29.2022

DATE OF BIRTH ENTRY
The date of birth field has been improved to now be a text box and tab through. This will be helpful when players are editing or using the Sign Up Form. This change is has also been made on the admin side as well.

EVENTS - ABILITY TO RENAME
You now have the ability to edit EVENT to a term that aligns more with your facility. This global change will affect all of the terms where EVENT is now used on the admin and player sides.

    NAVIGATION SORT IMPROVEMENTS ON MEMBER PORTAL
    You now have full control over the order of your tabs in the member portal including moving the Book a Court and/or Events tab(s).

    AUDIT LOG - SYSTEM USERS

    Now any SYSTEM USER changes will be logged to the audit log for you to review.  This includes the following:

    • Adding Users
    • Editing Users/Permissions
    • Deleting Users
    • Deactivating Users
    • Resetting of Passwords

    BULK TEXTING
    The ability to send out mass text alerts is now available.  We have also added a SUPPRESSION LIST feature which is a list of text alerts that do not reach their destination for a reason. Any subsequent requests to this number will be suppressed. 

      FAMILY UPDATES
      We added the ability to edit the family and family role of a member right from the member's details page.  We also added an "edit" pencil on the family tab to make it quicker and easier to update family roles.

      REFUSED REFUNDS IMPROVEMENT

      We made a small improvement here to show the REFUND REFUSAL reason as well as the REFUSED BY.

      CHECK-IN STATUS COLOR CODES

      CHECK-IN KIOSK IMPROVEMENT

        MEMBERSHIP AGE RESTRICTIONS

        Idea Submitted by Moore Park Tennis

        We are happy to announce that you can now restrict membership subscriptions by AGE. This really helps when you want to offer a "Senior" or "Junior" membership. This is also a great way to prevent "aged" out family members from being added to a family membership. Just edit a membership and click the "Restrict by Age" option.

        MEMBER REPORT - AGE

        • Added Age filter to search members within a specific age range.
        • Added "Age" as a report option.

        AUTO REGISTRATION FROM THE WAITLIST IMPROVED

        We added a setting - "Allow Family Members to be Individually Registered from Waitlist". This setting (when checked) will allow one family member on the waitlist to be registered instead of skipping over and waiting for slots for all family members. Keep in mind, the first family member added to the waitlist will have priority.

        PENDING REFUNDS IMPROVEMENT

        We now default pending refunds to the last 30 days. We also added a date bar so you can search through specific dates.

        TRANSACTION LIST PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

        Now when running a Transaction List report, the system will not run the report on a filter change. This will allow you to set all parameters instead of waiting for the report to load for each change.

        We have released a new report to make it easier to see historical membership changes.  You can now report on:

          feature: Attendance Tracker, Recurring Fees + More Amazing Customer Ideas 👏

          ATTENDANCE TRACKER (New Add-On)

          We super excited to announce our brand new â€śAttendance Tracker” add-on! 

          This add-on is for those organizations who want to track daily attendance of players walking into and attending your facility. Please note this feature is not tracking check-ins, just simply marking players as attended so you can track foot traffic and report on attendance trends at your organization.

          Use Cases:

          • You want to track foot traffic at your organization.
          • You want to track trends on what days/times are the busiest at your facility.
          • You want to see the player/members that are attending the most.
          • You need to track the player/members that attended on a certain day/time

          RECURRING FEES

          Now you can post any number of recurring fees on a player/member's account.  This is great for monthly fees such as ball machines or locker rentals. Recurring fees can have their own revenue category mapped for accounting purposes and even be mass assigned at the membership level.  Recurring fees can also be setup at both the individual and/or family level and be setup at different frequency levels such as Monthly, Yearly, etc. Proration is also fully supported with Recurring Fees.

          SUB-ADMIN SETTING TO ONLY ALLOW SAME DAY BOOKING

          This setting has been added to restrict sub-admins making reservations to TODAY only.

          COURT TYPE & COUNT FILTER ADDED TO MEMBER REPORT.

          Now when running a member report, you can specify a Court Type or Court # to report only the player(s) that played on a specific court type or group of courts.

          RESERVATION REPORT UPDATE

          Now when running a reservation report, you can filter on a specific day(s) of the week.

          ABILITY TO REVERT A BALANCE REFUND

          Now, users, are able to revert a balance refund as long as the member doesn't have an outstanding balance. This will greatly help when a member/player wants to receive a credit card refund when you've already processed the refund.

          SALES SUMMARY UPDATE

          Now when running a Sales Summary, we changed to NOT load the report on every filter change, and instead added a new RUN REPORT button to improve performance.

          WAIVER UPDATE - NEW OPTION TO MAKE A WAIVER DATE SPECIFIC

          Updated the waivers to add a new option that would allow you to set up a liability waiver based on YEAR.

          SETTING TO PREVENT SUB-ADMINS FROM EDITING A RECURRING RESERVATION SERIES

          A new permission has been added to prevent sub-admins from inadvertently updating/deleting an entire series of recurring reservations.

          SETTING TO REQUIRE A COURT ON THE ADMIN SIDE WHEN ADDING LESSONS

          A new setting at the Lesson Type has been added that will require a court to be added when a system user is adding a lesson.

          QUICK RESERVATION LOCK-OUT PERIOD

          This setting is to allow users a 5-min lock-out period after making a reservation to add their players. This works great if you are a club with a busy reservation period that needs something to alleviate the frustration of users not getting a reservation due to the time it takes to add all other players to their reservation.

          ABILITY TO MAKE A MEMBER CUSTOM FIELD READ-ONLY IN THE MEMBER PORTAL

          A new setting has been added at the custom field level to show a custom field to a member/player as VIEW/READ ONLY.

          MEMBERSHIP DAYS TO GENERATE BILLING CYCLE

          We have updated a membership setting to allow the posting of dues up to 90 days before the due date.  This was previously set to 30 days only.

          Today, we released a few small updates/enhancements.

          New Booking Setting to Restrict Days in Advance setting to booking player member only
          This feature will allow the organizations that do not want the additional player settings to come into play to be ignored when player(s) are being added to a Reservation.

          Covid-19 Vaccination Tracking Improvements
          - Added "Partially Vaccinated" status.
          - Added a setting to include the vaccination status of players on the schedulers.

          Improved Member Groups
          for your players on the Mobile App. Now all players are visible and rating has been added (if applicable)

          System User Improvements
          Improved the System User area with "tabs"
          - Added the ability to make a user INACTIVE. This prevents the user from logging in but still allows reporting.

            Waivers & Membership Agreements

            We are super excited to announce our newest add-on.  With this add-on, you will now be able to upload your own liability and membership agreements and collect electronic signatures.

            Create custom signing rules to track when and how often your players/members have to sign

            Players/Members will be prompted to sign:

            COVID-19 Tracking

            For the organizations needing to track vaccination status for their players, you can now turn on COVID-19 Vaccination Tracking under General Settings.


            This feature also includes the following:

            • Setting to allow players/members to set their own status.
            • Setting to allow players to upload a COVID passport.
            • Changes to the Member Report to track
            • New tab on Member Details to manage Covid-19 Vaccination status.

            NOTE: This is a $5/month add-on.

            CHECK-IN STATUSES

            We have added the ability for you to introduce a check-in status to track check-in at a more granular level.

            SPLIT FEES ACROSS PLAYERS

            Admins/Sub-Admins now have the ability to split a court fee "equally" across all players on a reservation

            This allows a Court Fee to be divided up easily among all the players without having to access a separate fee in the POINT OF SALE.

            NOTE: This must be turned on in your general settings.


            MEMBERSHIP SHORTCODES

            Ability to assign a "short" code to a membership so that members can be easily distinguished on the schedulers.

            EMAIL PLAYER IMPROVEMENT

            We have added a few new updates to the email player functionality:

            • Ability to add additional recipient(s) by typing in email addresses
            • Added an easy way to "copy" any system user.
            • For events, added the ability to copy instructor(s)

            SALES SUMMARY (REPORT) IMPROVEMENT

            We have added a few new updates to the Sales Summary Report

            • Added an option to run the Sales Summary Report in a "Detail" view.
            • In this detail view, added the ability to see the Revenue Category as a column if applicable.

            MEMBER (REPORT) IMPROVEMENT

            We added some columns on the member report to report on reservation/event/lesson counts by members.

            • Added an option to run the Sales Summary Report in a "Detail" view.
            • In this detail view, added the ability to see the Revenue Category as a column if applicable.
            • Child emails will now show the email of the first primary member in the family if not email is on the child account.

            RESERVATION (REPORT) IMPROVEMENT

            We added an option to list out each member on a reservation instead of grouping them all under one column.

            When this option is unchecked, you will also now get the following columns: Player Name, Player Email, Player #

            MOBILE UPDATES

            Here are some additions we have added to the mobile app.

            • Integrated the Waivers/Disclosure project to be able to present the waivers and electronically sign.
            • Added the phone/email icons when viewing an event registrant list.
            • Fixed the issue where withdrawing from an event withdrew all family members.
            • Updated the Global Announcement view to render better in the app and match the web portal.
